Im very sad to learn his teaching slot wed at 12:30 has been given away 😭 breaks my heart to see teacher w integrity being replaces by newbie TT girls. So lame !! Please keep him he is a gem and brings a unique flow which this studio highly needs ! Feel like mimi is just focused on business and isnt thinking about what her COMMUNITY needs. The community needs a diverse LGBTQ male teacher not another copy paste clean girl aesthetic girly . 🤮

She pushes you in all the right ways and I would’ve never known how strong I was or pushed myself to do half of the things done in this class if it wasn’t for an instructor like her. I’ve seen a huge benefit in my practice in just a handful of classes. 100/10! Gaby you’re amazing!

CONS: Not the biggest fan of the padded floors and the room temp has barely been reaching 88F lately :/ Will keep going to Break Free, but I just hope they can work on better keeping the room as hot as it used to be

We all sat in a circle and it was beautiful. It was definitely weird and awkward but with uncomfortabilty you learn so much about yourself. This was definitely interesting!

alle beoordelingen weergevenI like the class. The only thing I would recommend was that the teacher would be sitter in front of the room, so students could see themselves in the mirror to correct poses etc. Also the studio could invest in better quality mats because the current ones have no grip.
