Our instructor, Amanda, was fantastic—so in tune with everyone! It was a bit of hot yoga, but not too intense, and she gave us a lovely treat at the end with a cool towel on our foreheads. Will definitely return

My body has definitely change, leaning out. My stamina has increased and strength with his well rounded intense workouts - full body worked (lower body, upper body, and core). Highly recommended and looking forward to continuing his classes throughout 2025!
