30 min -Cold Plunge plus Infrared Sauna
alle beoordelingen weergevenThis was a great experience! The quality, cleanliness and privacy of having your own room is perfect. The temperatures for the sauna and cold plunge were extreme which was exactly what I needed for recovery. I’ve been to other spots where it didn’t get hot or cold enough. I’d like to figure out a way to do this more regularly but cost is an issue. It’s worth the experience, however, expensive.
