This was one of the best classes I have been to. I love the combo of functional fitness with equipment and Instructor was amazing. Everything was clean and new as well.

You might as well actually learn to box while you are at it, not just be in it for the workout. The true benefits come in both! Coach Joe is so knowledgeable and experienced, and has such a gracious teaching manner. Makes you want to get better each class!

The Spanish songs were a nice plus and I will definitely be coming back next Monday to take it again. Great for beginners (the last time I took a spinning class was about 12 years ago), I didn’t feel lost and it was easy to follow.
