Only negative was it felt like some of the medium sized dumbbells were hard to come by, it was a very full class but luckily folks were willing to swap/share. The workout was challenging and effective and I will be sore tomorrow!

She welcomed me so warmly as a first timer and really took the time to explain everything and introduce me to fellow members. Her energy is infectious, even in the 6am class she really brings out the best of you. I have never rowed before in any form and got into it quickly with her help. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to try something new.

It was challenging for sure but realistic with how it’s paced, the coach and everyone in class is very kind, and this is really great for those with fragile joints/bones (I fractured my hip 10 years ago and I can sometimes feel it on the treadmill so it was really nice not to have to worry about that) …. one last pro, it was surprisingly not at all hot/sweaty despite there being a good amount of people inside the row room lol
