I really enjoyed the class; it was unlike any yoga class I’ve attended before. I loved that the mats were set out in advance, and this was my first time using a bolster, which was incredibly comfortable and helpful. The entire space was very clean and well managed. I’ll definitely be returning for more classes, and I’m also excited to try the float pod!

It was definitely challenging and you really feel the burn in your legs and glutes! The vibration plate is interesting. This is a veryyy slow class, each pose was held for about 10 minutes. The class was very focused on your breathing techniques and mindfulness. I appreciate the way Jewels walked us through everything and she didn’t just leave us there to fall asleep. Being in the salt room was definitely the best part of it all. I don’t think this type of class is for everyone but I do recommend everyone to experience the salt room at least once
