alle beoordelingen weergevenThis gym is great, they have pretty much any equipment you can ask for, full locker rooms with showers and towels provided, and an infrared sauna. It's usually not too busy (though I go in the afternoon, not sure what it looks like at 5:30 on a weekday), the staff and Bryan the manager are super friendly and inviting. Also, they are very relaxed with the "1-hour window" of open gym, so you don't need to feel rushed. Great experience.

I did love the lavender towels and star lights though! I’ll come back but I’ll probably stick to the og breath work with a cold plunge :)

Loved the cold eucalyptus towels after. I could see some people not liking that you can hear everything going on outside your room but you can turn on the TV and the speakers go directly into the cabin. I really enjoyed my session, I’ll definitely be back!

Black vents with caked up dust and fuzz on them. Kind of crazy it gets completely skipped over when you guys “clean” ?!
