This was my second class and I will ABSOLUTELY be returning! Obsessed with the set up of focusing on 1 flow per month working toward new advanced poses every month. I can’t sing enough praise about Kryss!

I have some fear of going upside down from an injury falling on my head as a kid and she was so kind and supportive! I couldn’t believe all the cool things I got to experience within just a brief 1-hour intro class!! I swear I feel taller too! My spine is so decompressed. It was like a normal yummy yoga flow mixed with lots of awesome supports and assists from the silks plus we learned a couple of cool tricks! Highly recommend!!!

alle beoordelingen weergevenThis class was not what I expected. It’s basically a meditation class with one or more of your legs in the hammock. There was very little yoga or even stretching. The space was lovely, the music was great and the instructor was wonderful. I don’t think it’s the best fit for me personally, but I will be checking out more movement based classes at this studio. Also, there was a really cool sound bath at the end for about 10 minutes, but I found it to be so loud I had to plug my ears. Not sure if it was because of the size of space or that I was close to the wall or what. Also, the music skipped a few times which took me out of my meditation so hopefully they fix that for the future. One more thing of note, it was very cold in the room. They provided blankets which was really helpful and thoughtful, but I would’ve preferred it to be warmer. If you get cold easily, I would suggest bringing a long sleeve top. All in all, totally worth a try, the class was full so clearly people love this style of practice, so if you’re leaning toward trying it, go for it!

I have two left feet and am sooo uncoordinated lol so it was tough for me, but after stretching she had us learn a routine really slowly step by step. At the end she played some music that was slow paced for us to try the routine out and in the end it was a lot of fun. Try not to overthink the moves and also be careful! I kinda twisted my wrist the wrong way so it hurts slightly but its ok its just me being really bad at choreographed dance and having no coordination lol. But it was only me and 1 other girl in the class which was nice. I didnt feel judged or uncomfortable at all. Would definitely try again. The studio provided mats for our stretches and you can do everything barefoot. At the end when she let us try the routine with the music she gave us dance heels to do it in which was nice. Would recommend!

I learned more in one session than I learned in a month of grappling elsewhere. And the skills are real and can be applied to feel more confident in real life. This gym has 5 stars for a reason it is really just in a league of its own. Wish I could go every single day.
