I can honestly say that from the start, Gina/ her presence, the way she teaches her classes and her killer playlists has been the best experience of all. Her classes are fun and keep you coming back for more despite the heat and initially struggling. The 60 day challenge at Dose was difficult but keeping up with it was such a rewarding experience. I feel stronger and able to take on so much more physically. Thank you to Gina and Dose!

alle beoordelingen weergevenAnne led an absolutely wonderful practice! There was low attendance after the Easter Holiday weekend, so it felt like a personal yoga session. I felt fantastic working up a good sweat in the 96 degree room, since this was a heated class. I left feeling empowered and relaxed. Definitely a favorite class!

alle beoordelingen weergevenI definitely recommend Yoga with Mrs. Meredith! I love how She speaks through a microphone during the course of the class. Her voice is very soothing and relaxing. I love how the class is in a dark calming setting. She is even playing all of the Hits-Janet Jackson, Earth Wind and Fire, Sade, Stevie Wonder, and even relaxing instrumental music. I felt so rejuvenated and that I sweated out some uneccesssry calories with my first class on Wednesday April 24th. I attended the 7:30 session. I will definitely be attending weekly at least twice a week. She teaches a class on Thursday as well and I look forward to it!!!! The Eucalyptus Lavender Towel was very refreshing as well that is provided at the end of the class.

This class started with some movement and a nice flow, and then a guided meditation while in Shavasana pose. It promoted deep relaxation and the ability to focus on an intention during the meditation. So lovely, I will be joining again next time!
