She has a relaxed but strong style, her cues were clear and she made time for breathwork at the start and a lovely savasana at the end, which is hard to do in a 45 minute class. Thanks Dom! ❤️

During the class, he not only gave clear instructions but also helped adjust our positions properly. I could really feel his passion for teaching. Definitely will come back again!

You might like to know, this class attracts an older crowd (60+). I’m young but they made me feel very welcome, lovely people :) And it wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be, honestly no different to any other HIIT class; you can push yourself as hard as you want.
