She is so knowledgeable and took extra time to explain everything, including making sure it was safe and suitable for me. The beautiful tea, cosy blanket and peaceful atmosphere made the whole experience feel so special. I could genuinely feel the benefits of the salt straight away, especially in my breathing, and left feeling deeply relaxed. If you’re looking for something to support your breathing, sleep, relaxation or overall wellbeing, absolutely give this a try. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. 🤍
