alle beoordelingen weergevenA great space, electric energy, amazing instructor, Tia, who poured energy into introducing herself (like a ray of sunshine) to all of the beginners, and ensuring that we had a great session by listening to our bodies (not over exerting) and taking a seat whenever we need to. Such an amazing experience, and I easily vibed to the music! The workout itself was great and energetic and there was a palpable vibe in the room!
