She tried really hard with all the little touches like electric blanket to keep me warm, extra blankets because itās a cold Melbourne day, aromatherapy and soft music with dim lighting. The halo head spa was divine and the treatment made my hair feel really soft. Louise was really lovely and tried very hard to ensure I enjoyed the treatment. š„°
