alle beoordelingen weergevenFirst time ever trying aerial yoga but definitely won’t be the last! To start off, the studio is beautiful! Everyone working there was friendly and helpful. Amanda was incredible!! Seriously can’t say enough good things about her, she made us feel comfortable and supported throughout the whole class. She really helped encourage us to push ourselves while also making sure everyone was having fun and getting the most out of the class. One thing she said during the class really stuck out to me, that there’s not a lot of opportunities in life where you can do something healing but also playful and I think that was the perfect way to summarize what to expect out of this class. We will definitely be back!

Honestly, anytime I’ve gotten a massage they’ve gone overtime, which is such a treat! Highly recommend!

It is more “public” in the fact that you’re next to other people- but I don’t mind. I had an eye mask on and ear buds in and it was quiet. I was in a comfy couch lying back while I got my foot and leg massage. This is my favorite massage so far in Long Island, including Hand & Stone Massage in Bellmore.
