I am not fit at all and I don’t do cardio so I struggled a bit, warm-up pa lang. 🤣 He gave me breaks in between at inadjust din niya yung session para di mabigla katawan ko kasi less than beginner level pa ata ako. Malinis yung location and yung CR. Well-maintained. They have bidet and may shower area. Well-ventilated. May water dispenser (w/ hot and cold), P30 for unlimited water, bring your own tumbler. P150 rent for wraps & gloves na. Will go back again. ❤️

Generally tho the place is cramped as it’s shared between those doing muay thai and boxing. Because it’s a shared space, barefoot muay thai practitioners are practicing in the same space as boxers wearing shoes.
