I thought she's doing it for 5 years because she's very knowledgeable about everything, she's gentle, caring and with initiative to offer what is best for your skin. I like her approach very informative and she explain what she's doing next. I like that very much it put me in a calm state while enjoying my facial. I had acne facial which really cleans my face.
