This is the intro class I've been looking for! Ximena is an exceptional teacher. Conditioning directly relates to pole, and we spent much more time on the pole than any other intro class I've taken. The class is mixed level, and she meets each student where they're at. Highly recommend Ximena and Pole SuperWoman ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

She was so helpful and even when I did mess up she kept helping and encouraging me which made everything flow so easily! I definitely would go again, thank you!
