She did such a great job being precise, gentle and quick. Not every nail tech can cut the cuticle out in a painless manner so this is especially appreciated. They even clean under your nails! I saw someone putting tools into a sanitizer, but mine didn’t come from a fresh pack. Overall, pretty much your typical salon. There was no check in for Classpass, but they accepted that I paid ahead of time when I showed my reservation and let me give only the tip.

I was surprised there were so many walk-ins coming through so it was a tad bit chaotic and they were understaffed with the surge of people that were coming in. With that, I felt like my appointment was a bit rushed but the quality of the service was still good! My nail tech Vicky was very thorough with the manicure and precisely applied the gel polish. She was a pro! The quality of the gel polish used was also very good and I really love this mauve shade. They also removed my previous gel with ease and my natural nails did not have any damage once the gel was off.

Doesn’t sit well with me that you’re expected to tip on the full price of the service even though you are not receiving the benefits of a full price service.
