She is extremely knowledgeable & made small corrections to correct form. You can tell she is very experienced. The class was challenging yet enjoyable & it was a great full body work out

alle beoordelingen weergevenAbsolutely love Nadia’s yoga classes, I go pretty much anywhere she teaches. Her creative flows and great playlists keep me coming back for more. I like that the studio has heaters and we were given the option to have them off since it was a hot day. The only downside was an instructor from the next room burst in just as we were starting, realised she’d interrupted but continued to talk really loudly and walk through the room to check something. She almost hit one of the students whose mat was close to the door. I feel like she could have waited till the class was finished or come in quietly. We were then interrupted at the end of the class by the same instructor talking really loudly in the other studio. Not the most relaxing start or end to a class but I’d still come back for Nadia’s teaching x

Had a great beginner class and was inducted nicely. the studio is beautiful and creates a cozy space. right in the centre of town, which is great for post-workout pastries, however parking is a nightmare. You cant get away without paying buckets for parking.
