It was much less painful than many other waxes I’ve had, and the explanations about how it would work and what to do for aftercare were very clear. She was professional, kind and friendly and does her job very well. I also appreciated the diffuser/scented products and music on during. I hadn’t had this in other places and I feel like it genuinely makes the difference as the overall atmosphere feels more relaxing, which is nice when sitting for treatments. Definitely recommend!!
