He participated in the entire workout with us, which was incredibly motivating. (Personally, I prefer this over instructors who only give verbal directions without joining in). The only suggestion I have is to provide large towels; it would make showering and drying off after a high-intensity workout much more convenient.

The coach patiently helped everyone wrap their hands, but I think he may have left his smile at home. A warmer welcome would make a better first impression. Will definitely be back as the location is convenient, with easy parking and plenty of food options nearby.
