Full Body - Lagree Microformer
alle beoordelingen weergevenGarota’s new studio is sooo beautiful, elegant, and clean, and the new machines are amazing! Camila is such a great instructor. She encourages you to push through even when you’re literally shaking, and finishing the class feels SO good. Such a tough workout but the best feeling of accomplishment afterwards! 💛

alle beoordelingen weergevenLagree is always a bit more challenging than Pilates and many other workouts but I love that. The instructor was so helpful with explaining, showing, and correcting form for different exercises and even helped me modify some moves to fit my lesser strengths on some exercises. Would love to go again sometime!

alle beoordelingen weergevenSuch an amazing experience at Eskul! You work a bit of each muscle not just a select few. Small enough class sizes for instructor to help correct form or make modifications. Definitely a couple exercises I wasn’t in shape enough for and was able to modify! Will be back :)
