alle beoordelingen weergevenOne of the best yoga experiences I ever had. The teacher is soooo good, pushing you to the limit. She ticks with a stick on a wooden box for the rhythm of your breathing. I can imagine that if you do this class multiple times, that adds to the flow. For me the only downside of this studio were that the room is small and the mats very close to each other, and the class is completely in Spanish (not English). The staff behind the counter was not very welcoming unfortunately.

Each pose was held only around 30 seconds and were mostly strength positions , a good amount of core exercises , and downward dog , it would have been a nice class if that’s what you are looking for but I was expecting a total relaxing traditional yin practice and was a bit disappointed

Discovering Samantha was a great surprise: Her sense of respect, sensitivity and humor guiding the class made me want to go back, and that has rarely happened to me. Thank you Samantha! ❤️

alle beoordelingen weergevenErika es muy buena instructora!! Te corrige las posturas a lo largo de la sesión y además es muy amable. Valoro muchísimo cuando un centro está limpio y los olores no son desagradables así que sin duda recomendaría mucho este. Gracias Erika 🫶🏼 excelente sesión

alle beoordelingen weergevenHe probado con 3 profesoras distintas y con todas la experiencia ha sido genial. Cada vez que voy salgo flotando, me siento ligera y relajada. Conduzco 30 minutos solo para ir a esta clase.
