The complimentary coffee was also a lovely touch. I really enjoyed the class, the flow was well-sequenced, engaging, and accessible. The energy throughout the session was warm, uplifting, and encouraging. I left feeling refreshed, grounded, and energized. Thank you for creating such a beautiful space and experience.

alle beoordelingen weergevenGood class as usual. However I do feel that 10 pax and stations is really too much of a squeeze for the space. 8 stations in the past was the best ratio and instructors won’t have to rush through the demo and have more time to breathe and watch everyone’s form.

alle beoordelingen weergevenHera is a confident and experienced instructor. I enjoyed the challenging flow of exercises and layers! One suggestion would be to avoid too many ‘filler words’ when cueing as it may be harder to follow. Regardless, it was a good class and well-spent Fri night :)

She even helped us take photos during the aerial poses, which was a really nice touch. The class size was small, so it felt very comfortable and beginner-friendly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended for beginners!

alle beoordelingen weergevenvery chill & relatively easy class~ space is clean! instructor was friendly & observant! it was a small class hence there was many corrections for forms which i rlly appreciate! virati also took the time to explain the correct ideal form & even pointed out how my friend could do better with a different set up which nobody has ever told him which i thought was impressive! however, i thought the instructions could be better sequenced & the counting were a little too fast. Also, due to space constraint, there is no waiting area only a small bench outside the studio. ): i thought that is something that could be worked on, because people who come early have to stand waiting outside for the prev class to end!
