    Love love love this class. This was my first class and Karolina was very thorough and her playlist was on point the entire time. Her and Felix did a great job providing me information on what was to be expected for my first class and I couldn’t be more blown away. It’s hard finding a cardio class only and I’m glad I found this class. I will definitely be coming back and looking forward to see my progression!

    I loved this class. It was not too hard but not too easy. It was just right in terms of challenge, and in the running part, you can push yourself as hard as you want. The instructor was really good and the directions were clear and easy to follow. Also, the music and music level was good! I like loud music.

    Great music and energy from the instructor. He was also very clear with his instruction. I didn’t notice it during the class, but I think the music was louder than usual because my ears were ringing after. That would be my only complaint and next time I’ll know to grab ear plugs.

    CLUB YUSUF!!!! I could run forever to the music he puts on. Not to mention the actual program is awesome - doable but challenging and he coaches the whole way. Love his classes :)

    This was a bit intense for me as a beginner but I still really liked it! Darryl was a great instructor, he demonstrated everything clearly and helped me with adjustments. And the class is still good for beginners, just be ready to sweat!

    Great workout, nice instructors, fun music. Will definitely go back. Only feedback would be that they start the classes back to back (the class before ends at 10:30 and this class starts at 10:30) - that means that this class starts a little late and the transition period is a little chaotic. I think the studio should consider staggering the classes so there’s ~10 minutes between each class

    HIIT The Deck Boxing Training Camp

    Hands down one of the best boxing gyms in the city, and with the phenomenal instructor/coach Danni! The class was not only a thorough cardio workout but taught me new boxing combinations and (most importantly) how to block. Danni leads the class with skill and excitement. Although I am not very coordinated, I did not feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed, Danni took the time to work with each person in the session at their pace while simultaneously keeping the class challenging and upbeat. Lastly, I enjoyed the gym’s environment — it was legitimate and welcoming.

    Really cool gym with everything you need (enough lockers, showers, towels etc), you can really see the love for detail here and the owners/managers are really motivated with innovative ideas. The training itself was really hard (I am not the sportiest), but the trainer was very sweet and caring. Will be back!
