    Level Up Pilates

    This is a really good dynamic, challenging Pilates class for more experienced students. Faster paced than open level and really killer core workout - the trapeze series is so good and so killer every time. You get to move and use the reformer in ways that challenge body and mind. However there is usually at least one person in class who is inexperienced and that holds the class up. If you are a beginner, this is not the class for you. I suggest reading the description of the class before booking to ensure you are signing up for the appropriate class.

    The studio is gorgeous. Shilpy was very nice, she came around to ask about injuries/pains and provided modifications before class which I appreciated. It was my first time doing yoga in a long time, I was able to keep up but definitely feeling sore the next day!

    Reformer - Level 1

    This was my first ever reformer class. Narissa was friendly, patient, and helpful. The class was small, so we got great one-on-one adjustments. I felt safe. It was definitely a good workout! Hopefully I’ll be returning :)

    Slow + Juicy

    Corrie is a fantastic teacher. She has a comprehensive technical understanding of the body and pilates, communicates the directions for how to move our bodies and what muscles to stabilize and be aware of, and was also super sweet. The class was challenging for all levels and she modified moves to be either more challenging or easier, depending on what we needed. Definitely recommend!

    Wow I was not in the mood but that was a really good work out - kudos to the instructor and studio!! Love the focus on micro muscle strengthening and making it very tough with low impact. Don’t love lunges but unlike many such classes they didn’t over emphasize . Great studio too
