alle beoordelingen weergevenOk i was super skeptical of a dance class because my last year taking dance was 8th grade. I love pilates so stumbled upon this class and took a chance but OMG! This is one of the best classes I’ve ever taken in NYC. The instructor was amazing, her energy was so contagious and she pushed me to my limit! I was sweating and smiling the whole time during the dance section. Love love love. will absolutely be returning !!!!

The warm up series was really effective and had my core ready for the exercises. Marisa was a great instructor. She kept the class motivated and helped anyone with modifications and any questions.

Her instruction was clear and her warm-ups helped to get the blood flowing. She explained the background of hip hop dancing and how important it is to give into the vibe of the moment. A judgment-free zone with happy and welcoming faces around you. It’s great if you are shy and looking to get into dance for the first time.
