alle beoordelingen weergevenI've been coming in here on and off for the last 10 years and it's still the best! however, do the floor postures still work well without the savasana in between? Love the standing series, wish we did all of the regular floor series too—could do without the planks and leg lifts and go the classic 26 postures route. Aside from that, Brooke is an excellent instructor and I think that's why this location has longevity compared to other hot yoga locations. Teachers are consistently clear and thorough with their instructions and never miss a beat. Love the additional explanation of the health benefits of each each pose!

Facility is clean and aesthetic - front desk person was so friendly, patient, and helpful. I left with nothing but good vibes from this place. Love. Love. Love.

alle beoordelingen weergevenBeen looking for a hot Pilates studio and this is it! Instructor was very nice and energetic. There is an integrated HIIT portion which I loved. I personally thought the temp was perfect. I was dripping sweat but still able to get through all the moves without feeling like I was going to pass out. Great playlist too will definitely be back!

alle beoordelingen weergevenI’ve never taken a class like this before, what a cool and unique experience. The class moves at a slow pace, and be prepared to sit in each stretch for a WHILE. Weird at first, but really restorative. I could feel that my nervous system was at ease after the class. Don’t be surprised if the teacher starts reading a poem.
