I like the classes here but I’m not sure I can keep coming with the changing schedules since I work full time. I will keep coming back as long as I can make it work with my schedule.

She made me feel so safe and gave elaborative demonstrations making each move easy to follow. I would definitely come back. Definitely recommend her class for any level of aerial hoop enthusiasts!

alle beoordelingen weergevenThe instructor was super helpful, nice, encouraging, and helped adjust form and showed us how to do the moves before we did them. She also did some of the exercises with us which helped. Since I have hip problems she gave me some modified exercises and always checked on me to make sure I was okay. The studio is in a large space and can fit quite a few people. Mats and accessories included. The studio is located in a big brown medical looking building and has no large sign outside except on the door. There is plenty of parking (I went at 6pm) and they were very forgiving about being slightly late. Just make sure to get there early to sign the waiver form (takes a minute or less to fill out). Music was nice and relaxing. For mat Pilates we did a lot of abs and glute exercises. Will definitely come again!

But my sneakers were too sticky to the floor for spin moves so maybe bring shoes that could be more spin friendly lol. I just wish the class were a little longer.

The front of desk staff were pretty preoccupied with chit chatting, so as a first timer it was really hard for me to find space to ask questions so I could figure out where to go, put stuff, etc. There was another girl who was also a first timer, she was just as confused as I, and also couldn’t get any staff’s attention! We laughed about it, but honestly that was kind of a turn off. It felt a little cliquey to me. The class itself though? Bomb!
