Honestly, I’ve been working out for a good time and Ben had me almost giving up. Not in a bad way in a good way. I enjoy a nice hard workout session that makes me feel so great after. I definitely recommend taking Ben for a class if you want a really good workout. I’ll be back for more that’s for sure!!
