Whole Body Cryotherapy
alle beoordelingen weergevenWhat an experience. I had been having back pain for a couple of weeks, and overall muscle soreness from a previous training session. My back pain was so severe that I went to urgent care to test for kidney failure just in case, and was prescribed muscle relaxers. I’d been wanting to try cryotherapy, but just never got around to it. I found this place nearby, and decided to give it a go. Super easy to find, lots of parking. Was greeted right away. Check in was easy, and the walkthrough was super helpful and informative. I got to pick a song to play in the chamber, and was explained after effects. I slept like really well that night. Really good deep sleep and REM sleep. And when I woke up, no major back pain! Which is great considering I did a 12-hour work day after my cryotherapy session. I really appreciated how easy and fast it was to hop in and out of this facility, and am a firm believer in cryotherapy now. I will most definitely be back!

alle beoordelingen weergevenOh my gosh! I visited there last Saturday with my boyfriend for his birthday. The staff was so welcoming from the moment we arrived. Unfortunately, my boyfriend had high blood pressure, so he couldn't participate in the full session. However, the lady was incredibly kind and offered him a back treatment instead, and she didn't even charge him for it! She told us, 'I hope you come back next time.' We definitely will! He is still feeling a bit under the weather, but as soon as he recovers, we’ll be back. I also noticed that my body felt great and energized afterward. I also loved the resort—the hospitality was 100% amazing!

alle beoordelingen weergevenBest cryo experience I’ve had! Love that you get to choose a song to jam out to for the full body freeze, to get you through the session. 2 min freezing dance party made it fly by! I finished with the cry facial and it was so effective with helping with inflammation, and shrinking pores. Absolutely loved Derry who assisted me throughout.. such beautiful energy, accommodating and just overall amazing customer service. I will definitely be back!

The treatment it self was pretty painless, from 1 to 10 I felt it was a 3. Granted, she’s said do “level 1” on my face. I was red for about 1 hour and after that my face was glowing!
