alle beoordelingen weergevenbest yoga class ive ever taken! super accessible and luisa was very thorough about what muscles should be engaged which was helpful for me due to my hypermobility. she provided plenty of modifications & prioritized ur body feeling good. 10/10 recommend and i cant wait to do it again!!

As someone with basically no hip hop or dance experience, the routine was definitely challenging, but Nick brought so much energy and enthusiasm to the class that it made the whole experience incredibly enjoyable. It was also a fantastic cardio workout! The time flew by because I was having so much fun! At the end of class, they record the routine, which I thought was such a fun touch. Watching myself back, I can confidently say I did not quite nail the choreography 😂, but that honestly didn’t take away from the experience at all. I loved having the video and being able to see what we worked on. The whole class had a great energy, and everyone seemed genuinely excited to be there. It felt upbeat, welcoming, and like a really fun way to get a workout in without constantly thinking about the fact that you’re exercising. I also really appreciated that 88 Studios has a parking lot right outside. It is paid parking, but I found the price incredibly reasonable, and for me it was absolutely worth avoiding the stress of trying to find street parking in a busy area. Overall, such a fun experience! I got a great cardio workout, tried something completely new, challenged myself, and had a blast doing it. I would definitely take another class at 88 Studios!

She was bubbly and energetic throughout the class and gave feedback on how we were doing each move. The class is small so she gives feedback to each student. It felt a little hard to keep up at times, but everyone was so kind and encouraging in the class that I didn’t feel so intimidated. I’ll definitely be back again because I wanna get better.
