alle beoordelingen weergevenI am a beginner and the instructor spent time with me, wrapped my hands, and provided the gloves. She explained the form and all the movements, and even though we were not jumping around like other workouts, I left very sweaty and feeling great. The class was part punching the pads the instructor held, also some pushups and jumping jacks in between, as well as some defensive moves. Oh, also a hot tip that is not mentioned in the description: take the top off your water bottle (or have a straw) before you put the gloves on. Because you won’t be able to unscrew a lid or flip up a sip nozzle with the gloves. LOL!
