alle beoordelingen weergevenArrived a bit late to the Body Pump Class (less than 5 minutes) but it was very full & required equipment set up so I didn’t feel comfortable jumping in - obviously, totally my bad! I talked to the person at the Front Desk & it turned out to be the manager. Phoenix was extremely nice & helpful, I still got my work out in & some more information about the location. Parking easy, gym clean, would return. Thanks!

alle beoordelingen weergevenMatt did a great job leading the class and explaining the movements clearly. I really liked his technique of slowly coming out of stretches “like we’re underwater”, it felt really good. He was very nice, and I hope I can take another class with him again.

alle beoordelingen weergevenFirst adult intermediate class ever! Recommend coming in with basic terminology knowledge! So glad I had it with Demise because it was fun and challenging. I’ve only been doing adult ballet for 6 months and I love that her class welcomes all levels. Don’t be afraid to ask questions ASAP as she moves very quickly.
