alle beoordelingen weergevenI took the Beginner’s Unheated class with Imari and had such a wonderful experience. She is incredibly kind, intentional, and thorough in her instruction. As someone completely new to yoga, I really appreciated how clearly she explained each movement and created a safe, calm, and welcoming environment. Throughout the class, she shared thoughtful affirmations and gentle reminders to be present, listen to our bodies, and take the space for ourselves. It was not only physically relaxing but also mentally healing and grounding. The studio itself was very clean, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. They were very nice to show me around the studio as well. I also loved the cold towels and relaxing essential oils at the end of class :) I highly recommend this studio and can’t wait to come back! :)

alle beoordelingen weergevenI really like this instructor and feel like I got a great workout and a good stretch. This class was very shoulder heavy and I’ve been having some shoulder issues so this was just a little tough for me. Other than that it was great energy and fun!
