But this is the perfect combo class with a yoga flow, weights and some extra core! The hour flew by! *just a note. If you don’t have a mat, you have to pay $3 to borrow one. I will be scheduling another appointment. The place is clean and the therapy dog is so calm and he brings you a ball to play while you wait. I met Dr Mann and she is so warm and inviting!
