The Hollywood wax technique was great however it was painful. I felt that perhaps the wax the salon chooses let the therapist down a bit as it wasn’t coming off as cleanly and easily as other waxes and felt a bit ‘plasticky’ and led to some quite painful moments. If they’re open minded enough to change the wax, I think it will be better for the client. In the end, a good result and Gillian was very professional.
