This is my first Reiki session and I am happy Julia was my guide. Though it was just 30 mins, I felt my worries and doubts already started to lessen. The short session gave some sense of assurance, more than what a friend could give. Julia's space, presence and words reminded me of the precious gifts I have. I just feel a significant burden was lifted.
