Michelle came round to help with form where appropriate and kept up high energy throughout the class :) The facilities aren’t anything special - a lot of mirrors in the changing room which makes it hard to get changed, lockers are outside the changing room, and the showers are just a push button which are quite cold. But the class was great!

Usually my biggest problem with pregnancy massage is they treat the pregnant woman like a feather. Very light massage that makes no difference. But Machela did a great job. I asked her for a deep tissue massage and she did a just that. Can’t recommend her enough for a pregnancy massage (tell her the level of pressure you’d like).
