I’ve been to quite a few of her classes now and she always keeps things interesting - this time we used bands, but no two classes are ever the same. Also love the affirmations she shares throughout the class - they’re such a lovely touch and leave you feeling positive and motivated.

She took feedback/inspiration before leading the class and provided a beautifully structured flow accessible for less bendy amongst yogis. The cuing was honestly perfect throughout. Never felt left behind and had a good laugh in between. Truly well rested and restored. Thank you Loretta. I’ll be back.
