The guy was incredibly professional and made me feel relaxed and comfortable but more importantly he was really good at his craft. I had a bunch of knots on the left side of my back, he took his time, care and attention on sorting that out. I have very sensitive skin that is prone to eczema flare ups so the fact that a unscented nourishing massage oil was used was a major bonus. (the music was also calm but not boring-not a biggie for most people but I liked it!)
