    Matt has been the best instructor and it’s such a shame that they’re not making it possible for him to stay. He’s the perfect combo of fun and a good workout! And he is so dedicated to everyone in his classes having a good time. The best person to bring new people to Digme. Very very sad he’s leaving.

    'Ashtanga' YOGA

    The instructor was incredibly welcoming and super friendly. The class was inclusive of all levels of experience. This was my first ever yoga class and I felt so comfortable and really enjoyed myself. Would definitely recommend and attend again!

    Didn’t actually manage to do this class as the CrossFit team were out - but Lee the callisthenics instructor was really helpful and so nice. I was a complete beginner and he helped to spot me - definitely will try and come back as it helped me work lots of muscles i don’t normally use!
