Let me preface by saying I’ve been attending different boxing classes all over Miami gyms for the past few weeks with ClassPass in search of one that teaches boxing technique not just boxercise. THIS IS IT! 🎉 Coach Frawnz 😇 was subbing for Joseph and he was an excellent instructor! 👏🏻 I left with actual technical improvements to my stance and body movements. In addition to boxing, the class mixed endurance and strength training but keenly focused on strengthening muscles specific to boxing. I was thoroughly impressed! It was a tough class but I enjoyed being pushed and walking away with knowledge that will sustain me for future classes. The gym itself was very clean, great layout, top quality equipment, great music and you can tell the staff have fun together while maintaining great professionalism! The community energy is vibrant and contagious from the moment you walk in! It was my first time there but I felt so welcomed and supported by everyone. I think I’ve found a boxing home 🥹 Can’t wait to come back! (To the gym owners: please put Coach Frands on the schedule permanently! Kthanks 😂)

The scenery was stunning and I was so immersed in the experience the minute I stepped foot on the property. They truly have cultivated a beautiful & unforgettable experience at Earth n Us.
