It’s great to have an instructor who understands and prioritises the stretching and cooling down of muscles after an intense class. And warming up properly too! I will 100% be back. O João está sempre muito atento a todos os alunos, dá dicas de postura de alinhamento do corpo muito úteis para aplicar no dia a dia e noutras aulas claro. Sinto que são sempre as aulas em que aprendo mais, e que me esforço mais porque compreendo o propósito de cada exercício, nada é feito ao acaso. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to book my class through ClassPass, but Reem (the beautiful and sweet owner) immediately found a solution for me. She is so caring! In this beautiful space you feel loved and seen: Reem will make sure you feel welcomed. The classes are very different from any other studio I’ve tried. The atmosphere feels intimate, almost like a private lesson, with a maximum of 5 attendees. That’s what makes it so special. You receive constant posture corrections and Reem gently pushes you to go further while respecting your limits. I will definitely be back. Alínea has officially become my favorite Pilates studio. Thank you for all the love!
