Great energy and a great instructor! 50 minutes of muscle fatigue and sweat from beginning to end. Highly recommend! Will be coming back for another class. The studio tho, left me with mixed feelings because the changing room is far away from the showers which is very oddly oriented…

alle beoordelingen weergevenI had another amazing class with Rafaela! She’s so kind and helpful. The class is challenging, and she gives a lot of alternative s options for poses. She also really worked extra hard to help me feel included, even though I’m still learning Portuguese. I would definitely recommend her class!
