I will admit, I wasn’t prepared for the room to be heated and didn’t drink nearly enough water in advance but still felt totally comfortable to modify and move at my own pace. Mollie was excellent from start to finish. So welcoming, so talented, so kind. I foresee this studio becoming a regular part of my life now that I found it! If I could give it 10 stars I absolutely would.

It was such a breath of fresh air being in this class - I’ve felt like a fish out of water in just about every other class I’ve taken in the Lexington area, but this one immediately felt like home and was such a fun workout! Will definitely be back for more 😊
