45 Min. Tru Barefoot Bootcamp Express (All Levels)
alle beoordelingen weergevenI used my class pass, first time at Tru Fusion. I do the fitness on the lawn with them and they always did great. Today I did bare boot camp express with Mario A. The class was heated and the music was fun and entertaining. Mario knew what he was doing, he really killed me in a good way. I definitely recommend his classes. He will give you a good work out and you will be drenched in sweat!

The Good Place Movement Studio
10960 South Eastern Avenue, Suite 101, HendersonPower Circuit
alle beoordelingen weergevenGreat class - the instructor was very energetic and good and explaining the exercises. I typically don’t like circuit classes because it’s hard for me to remember what to do and the proper form when they show you several exercises at once. In this class, instructor demonstrates the exercise and then the class does 3 rounds of it together with short breaks in between, then she will demonstrate the next exercise so you just go one at a time which i like. We did arm exercises with weights, one round on the TRX , squats with weights , bridge lifts with weights, push ups, core exercises, and a short but doable cardio burst at the end. So you do truly get a full body workout, but not crazy intense, definitely doable for a beginner and still a great workout for someone more advanced. She provides modifications and encourages everyone to go at their own pace. Only suggestion : it was my first time and there was no introduction or instruction on what to do when i arrived. Two students were already there so i just looked at their equipment and looked around the room for the same things and set up the way they were. So i would suggest maybe letting students know what equipment they need when they come in. Also, at the end of class i would suggest leaving a few minutes open to do stretches together after the workout. Overall great class i would definitely take it again

She was incredibly gentle, sweet, and professional, which made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She did an absolutely amazing job on my Brazilian. It was literally perfect! I honestly can’t remember the last time I had such a clean, flawless wax. The results exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier. On top of that, she was so easy to talk to. Our conversation made the appointment fly by, and it felt more like catching up with a friend than getting waxed. If you’re looking for someone who is skilled, kind, and makes you feel completely at ease, I highly recommend Zakiya. I’ll definitely be booking with her again!

alle beoordelingen weergevenHaving a ClassPass credit to burn before it expired was the perfect excuse to book an extra spot and bring my lady along. Neither of us had ever experienced a proper traditional Thai massage before, so we went in completely blind on what to expect. The whole session turned out to be an absolute treat, delivering serious deep stretching and top-tier relaxation that had us feeling brand new. Tucked away in the office complex, the building can be a little tricky to find at first and the exterior looks slightly dated, but don't let that fool you. The inside environment is remarkably comfortable, clean, and tranquil. The staff welcomed us with nothing but positive, attentive energy from the jump, making our first Thai massage an amazing experience we'll definitely repeat.
