Her cues were clear and could easily be understood allowing developing yogis to practice without having to constantly look for the instructor during transitions. I will absolutely be looking forward to more classes with Amelie!

It was definitely challenging and you really feel the burn in your legs and glutes! The vibration plate is interesting. If you stand on it with just a soft bend in your knees it's a little easier on you. Love the concept and the instructor was great. I would definitely take this class again

I've never incorporated any type of energy work with a facial before but this facial exceeded my expectations. Alexa did a great job at making me feel comfortable, as well as provided a great service. I left feeling very relaxed and hopeful towards my future manifestations and goals I've set for myself.
