alle beoordelingen weergevenLovely class with a lovely teacher, but I found it very hard to enjoy it as the girl next to me was doing her own thing the entire time which was very distracting. I’d really appreciate if the teacher would gently remind people to follow along with the class (unless they are adapting due to injury or physical limitations) as it’s very disruptive to have someone flopping around trying to do handstands while everyone else is in malasana or falling over from arm balances while everyone else is resting in child’s pose.

Heavenly dozed off during savasana and sound bath. Only minus points: the door was opened only shortly before class; I prefer a calmer arrival. And: the floor is still very cold (I’d been once before to the studio to a yin class and it was really uncomfortably cold then). During the asana practice this time it was ok but during savasana I still felt the floor too chill.

Un yoga à l’ancienne qui permet de reconnecter avec l’essentiel. Le lieu est très agréable et peu fréquenté, la professeure est très claire et facile à suivre, bien que je ne comprenne que très peu l’espagnol.
