I initially had concerns about the class being too hot to handle but you can feel the heat without being at the point of passing out. Loved it and will be back 🥰!

alle beoordelingen weergevenIts a very interesting experience. I really enjoyed the sauna but took a while to adjust to the cold plunge. I do feel refreshed after the session. Will definitely be back to challenge myself with the cold plunge again and incorporate this into my sports recovery routine :)
